What shipping services of Sagawa Express are supported by Ship&co?

Ship&co is the only shipping software that allows you to connect your ecommerce platforms and easily create shipping labels to ship domestically with Sagawa Express. In this guide, we'll give you an overview of the Sagawa Express shipping services supported by Ship&co.

Note: Sagawa Express API doesn't support Freight on Delivery (着払い), Hikyaku Kokusai Takkyu-bin, Hikyaku Global Post, Hikyaku Yu-packet, and Hikyaku Yu-mail. Therefore, these services are not supported by Ship&co.

Supported Sagawa Express Shipping Services

Ship&co supports Sagawa Express label creation for domestic shipments. With Ship&co, you can ship your orders with the following services from Sagawa Express:

1. Hikyaku Express (飛脚宅配便)

• Standard/Regular Package (陸便) - A service to send packages up to 140 cm (total dimensions of 3 sides) and 30 kg in weight.
  *To ship this service, select Service type as Regular.

2. Hikyaku Cool Express (飛脚クール便)

• Chilled parcel (クール冷蔵) - Refrigerated transport under temperature control at 2 ℃ to 10 ℃
  *To ship this service, select Service type as Parcel Chilled.
• Frozen parcel (クール冷凍)  - Refrigerated transport under temperature control at -18 ℃ or lower for frozen
  *To ship this service, select Service type as Parcel Frozen.

3. Hikyaku Air Express (飛脚航空便)

• Air Express (空便) - Using air transport enables next-day delivery to anywhere in Japan.
  *To ship this service, select Service type as By plane.

Ship&co currently allows shipping label creation for Prepaid (元払い) and Cash on Delivery (代金引換) of Sagawa Express.

Sagawa Express Cash on Delivery (e-collect)

Ship&co supports the following types of Cash on Delivery (e-collect) service provided by Sagawa Express.

• Easily settle the account (なんでも決済) - Pay by cash or card.
• Cash - Pay by cash payment only.
• Card payment processing - Pay by credit card or debit card.

＊Cash on Delivery service can only be used when your customer code with Sagawa Express is set up for it. If you added cash on delivery service in your Sagawa agreement after you had started using Ship&co, please contact our customer support.

Types of  Sagawa Express shipping label sheet

Ship&co supports the following Sagawa Express exclusive shipping labels. To request these, please contact the nearest Sagawa Express Service Office directly.

• A5 size crimping type shipping label (for laser/inkjet printers)
• (L01) Blue Label = crimping shipping label with attached care marks (for thermal printers)
• (L02) Green Label = crimping thermal shipping label (for thermal printers)

Print Settings
To setup Sagawa Express Shipping Labels, go to the Carriers page and click Edit on Sagawa Express settings. In Print Settings section, choose your Paper size that matches the label type you're using.
