Sagawa Express : Error 500

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. Attempting to issue a shipping label before the Sagawa API key has been issued
   → After submitting a request for a Sagawa Express API key (ID and password) via Ship&co, it usually takes about 5 business days for the key to be issued. During this period, the status of Sagawa Express on the "Carriers" page will remain as "Requested."
   → If you attempt to issue a shipping label before the API key has been issued, a 500 error may occur. Please wait for an email notification from us confirming that the API key has been issued.
   
   

2. Issues with the API key (ID and password) registered in the "Carriers" settings
   → If you have correctly entered and saved the API key provided via email from Ship&co in the "Carriers" settings for Sagawa Express, but you are still encountering a 500 error when issuing a shipping label, there may be a problem with the API key.
   → In this case, please contact Ship&co Support (hello@shipandco.com) for further assistance.
   
   

3. Sagawa Express system (API) is experiencing an outage
   → If Sagawa Express's system is down, you may need to wait until their service is restored. If you are unsure about the current status, please contact Ship&co Support (hello@shipandco.com) for more information.
