If the delivery address is located in an area requiring "relay services" by Sagawa Express (the area where the third party shipping partner is required), a warning "!" icon will appear to the left of the "Label" button. Hovering over the icon will display a pop-up message: "This is a relay area, shipping surcharge may apply for this address"
Additionally, the issued Sagawa Express label will have a "中継" (= Relay) mark printed on it.
In some remote islands and mountainous areas, relay services will be necessary and refrigerated/frozen options may not be available. In such cases, you will find the error message, "Refrigerated/frozen delivery cannot be chosen for this area" when creating Sagawa Express shipping label with these options chosen for such areas.
