If any of the following changes occur to your Sagawa Express contract after you have begun creating Sagawa Express shipping labels in Ship&co (i.e., after your ID and password required to use Ship&co have been issued), please be sure to notify Ship&co with the relevant details.
These changes will not be automatically reflected in your Ship&co account. Upon receiving your notification, we will submit a configuration change request to Sagawa Express's system development company on your behalf, linked to your customer code.
- Change of shipping origin address / Sagawa Express managing branch office
- Change of shipper layout on shipping labels (Sagawa Express master data change)
- Addition of cash on delivery (e-Collect) contract, and addition of cash on delivery payment methods
- Enrollment in shipping insurance
Change of Shipping Origin Address / Sagawa Express Managing Branch Office
Please confirm that the change has been completed on the Sagawa Express master data side, then contact us at hello@shipandco.com with the following information. If we are not notified, the registered address in the Package Delivery Form (荷物受渡書) will not be updated automatically, and the previously assigned managing branch office data will continue to be used on any issued shipping labels.
- Previous managing branch office and current managing branch office
- Previous shipping location address and current (new) shipping location address
Please update the shipping origin address yourself in the "Sender Registration" screen in Ship&co.
Registering Multiple Sagawa Express Accounts in Ship&co
To add a newly obtained Sagawa Express account, or another existing Sagawa Express account under your contract, to Ship&co, you will need to go to the "Carriers" screen >> "Add a new Carrier," click the Sagawa Express icon, and submit a usage request.
Ship&co supports the registration of up to 3 Sagawa Express accounts simultaneously.
If you wish to register 4 or more Sagawa Express accounts, or if you wish to use Sagawa Express with the sub-user feature of the Ship&co API (since API sub-users do not have login access to the Ship&co dashboard), please send us the details of the Sagawa Express account(s) you would like to register by email, and we will submit the request to the Sagawa system on your behalf. (While the work on the Sagawa system is being completed, you may continue to issue labels using the 3 Sagawa accounts already registered in Ship&co.)

Again, please note that a maximum of 3 Sagawa Express accounts can be registered simultaneously under a single Ship&co account. Therefore, even after API keys are issued for additional accounts, please be aware in advance that no more than 3 Sagawa Express accounts can be set up at the same time per Ship&co account.
