How to create package delivery form for Sagawa Express shipment?

If you have registered and linked your Sagawa Express customer code (Client ID) in Ship&co, you can easily generate a Package Delivery Form (荷物受渡書).

Create package delivery form for Sagawa Express shipment

Follow these steps in order to create package delivery form for Sagawa Express shipment:

1. Go to Report Page.
2. Click on Sagawa logo (荷物受渡書).
   
3. Input the relevant values on these two fields: 総出荷件数 (Total amount of shipments) and 総出荷個数 (Total amount of parcels).
4. Click Create.
5. In the File Export pop-up window, click Download File.

A report will then be created and can be instantly downloaded. The date of creation and the number of shipments are displayed. You can print a package delivery form and use it when shipping your Sagawa Express parcels.

The form displays your company information registered in Sagawa Express, not your warehouse information registered in Ship&co. If your company information changed after you had started creating Sagawa shipping labels in Ship&co, please contact us since it does not reflect automatically on this form.
