Ship&co has a feature for issuing shipping labels in bulk. History of labels processed through the batch issuance feature always remains available as batch labels on the "Batches" screen, showing up to the most recent 15 records, and can also be checked individually on the "Shipments" screen.
This section introduces some useful features of the batch issuance screen.
Batches Page
Batches Page displays orders for which shipping labels have been created using the bulk printing feature, with the latest batch appearing at the top, up to 15 batches. It serves as a page to print out shipping label in bulk. Shippers can see not only the batched shipment (labels successfully created), but also the partially created and those that encountered errors (label not successfully created).
-
All Shipping labels are ready to be printed: This message appears when a batched label was successfully created.
-
Failure, no shipment created::This message appears when a batched label was not successfully created. You can view the error message by clicking on the test 'Failure, no shipment created'.
-
○ of ○ labels succeeded::This message appears when a batched label was partially created with some orders, and the orders with an error are excluded in the batched label. (Please note: this partially created batched label is only available for Japan Post International services. In case of domestic shipping, if an error occurs for one or more orders, a batched label will fail for all the orders selected)
