Application settings: Package Presets

In Settings page, you can pre-register the packing size and weight of cardboard boxes you use frequently for international shipments.

Set up the Package presets

If you want to add a new package, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings page.
2. In Package Presets section, click ★ Add a new package and fill out the following information:
   • Parcel name
   • Parcel length (cm)
   • Parcel width (cm)
   • Parcel height (cm)
   • Parcel weight (g)
     Note: Weight is not a mandatory field.
3. Click Save.

If you want to edit the existing package presets, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings page.
2. Click ✏︎ Edit and edit the Name, Size (LxWxH), Weight as you prefer. 
3. Click Submit.

Note: The packing presets list is displayed in a pull-down menu on the order page, when you click  "・・・” at the left of the size fields.If you have selected special packaging materials for DHL or FedEx on the Carriers settings page, they will also appear on this list.
