Important Notice:
From February 1, 2025, you are be able to choose between Nekopos and Kuroneko Yu-Packet services in Ship&co
Step 1: Enable Nekopos/Kuroneko Yu-Packet in Ship&co
1. Go to the “Carriers” page in the Ship&co app.
2. Open the Yamato Transport settings.
3. Under “Yamato B2 Shipping Method”, select Nekopos and/or Kuroneko Yu-Packet and save your changes.
Step 2: Prepare Shipping Label Paper
Please request shipping label sheets in advance from Yamato Transport.
• Thermal Paper (Continuous Label Type):
Nekopos: Item No. 10230013
Kuroneko Yu-Packet: Item No. 10230015
• Laser/Inkjet Paper (A4 Sheet Type):
Nekopos/Kuroneko Yu-Packet: Item No. 10220014
Step 3: Issue Shipping Labels
1. Select Yamato Transport on the Order Page
• In the "Service Name” section, choose Nekopos (or Kuroneko Yu-Packet).
2. Adjust the Print Order if needed. This determines where printing begins on the label sheet.
• Each sheet accommodates up to six labels, printed from top-left to bottom-right.
• Example: If you set the print order to “2”, printing starts from position ②, as shown in the image below. (Default is set to 1.)
Important Notes:
• Delivery date preferences, quantity adjustments, and other optional settings are not supported for Nekopos and Kuroneko Yu-Packet. Any changes entered on-screen will not be reflected.
Step 4: Print the Label
• Click the Print button at the bottom-right of the screen.
Step 5: Label Issuance Complete
• The screen will be changed after the label has been successfully issued.
Shipping Label Sample
