How to print the Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) for Yamato Transport shipments?

The Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) for Yamato Transport shipments is not printed by default based on the initial settings. However, you can can enable print the Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) for Yamato Transport shipments from your Yamato Business Member dashboard.

Note: The print setting for the "sender's copy" is compatible with shipping labels for laser printers or inkjet printers. Label (thermal) printer labels are not supported.

The Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) can only be set up and printed for the following services:

• Delivery Prepaid (発払い), Payment on Delivery (着払い), Cash on Delivery (コレクト), Compact (コンパクト), Compact Collect (コンパクトコレクト)

Note: The Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) cannot be printed for DM Service (DM便), Time Service (タイム), or Nekopos (ネコポス) shipping labels.

Print the Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) for Yamato Transport shipments

To printer Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) for Yamato Transport shipments, follow these steps:

1. Login to Yamato Business Member.
2. Click on Waybill Issuing System B2 Cloud (送り状発行システムB2クラウド).
3. In the Change System Settings (システム設定を変更する) section, click Change settings (各種設定の変更).
4. In the Printer / Label Layout (プリンタ・送り状レイアウト) section, click Multi Paper Setting (マルチ用紙設定).
5. In pop-up window, set up the Left margin (余白左側) as Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控).
   You can view the sample of Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) by clicking on Preview (プレビュー).
6. Click Register (登録).
7. Scroll down to the bottom of page and click Update (更新).

Then, when you create a shipping label for Yamato Transport using Ship&co, the Sender's Copy (ご依頼主控) will be printed in the bottom left section of the label.
