How to ship your orders with Kuroneko Yu-Mail

Yamato Transport's Kuroneko Yu-Mail service is a service that delivers catalogs, pamphlets, and other similar materials right to the receiver's mailboxes without a signature needed upon delivery.

How to ship your orders with Kuroneko Yu-Mail

To create a shipping label for Kuroneko Yu-Mail, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Orders Page.
2. Select your order.
3. In the Parcels section, select Yamato B2 and set up the following topics:
   
   • Service type: select Kuroneko Yu-Mail from the pull-down menu.
   • Print Order: Please select the print order (for laser or inkjet-specific paper).
     When issuing a Kuroneko Yu-Mail label, quantity modifications and cool delivery options cannot be selected. Additionally, even if you enter a preferred delivery date, it will not be considered.
     Note: The Print Order refers to the position number for printing on laser or inkjet-specific paper. Up to eight labels can be printed from the top left to the bottom right. The default setting is ①.
     Example: If you select print order "4", the label will be printed in the ④ position, as shown in the image below.
     
4. Click the Printer (🖨️) button located in the bottom right-hand corner.

Now, the shipping label for the Kuroneko Yu-Mail service has been successfully issued.
