By using the "shipandcoscheduled" tag in your Shopify admin, Ship&co can identify subscription orders that are scheduled for the next shipment.
If recurring subscription orders or partially fulfilled orders are not automatically synced to Ship&co, you can follow the steps below to effectively use this tag:
- Add the Tag Manually
Manually add the "shipandcoscheduled" tag to the relevant subscription orders. This tag allows Ship&co to recognize the orders that are pending shipment. - Automate Tagging with Shopify Flow
Using the Shopify Flow app, you can set up automation to add the "shipandcoscheduled" tag automatically to new subscription orders that meet specific criteria. - Sync the Tag in Ship&co Settings
In your Ship&co account, navigate to Settings >> Order Tags (Only for Shopify Stores), and sync the "shipandcoscheduled" order tag. This ensures that Ship&co monitors orders with this tag. - Test the Feature
When an order with the "shipandcoscheduled" tag changes status in Shopify from "Scheduled" to "Unfulfilled," verify that the order reappears in Ship&co's Order list.
By utilizing this tag, you can streamline and enhance the efficiency of managing subscription order shipments.
