Possible Causes and Solutions:

The API Access Key registered in the Yamato Transport settings on the "Carriers" page of Ship&co is invalid
→ Please log in to Yamato Business Members, then click "送り状発行システムB2クラウド" (Waybill Issuing System B2 Cloud) > "外部システムとの連携" (Integration with External Systems) to check your current valid Yamato Transport API Access Key. Verify that it matches the one registered and saved in Ship&co. -
Ship&co subscription plan is not registered or has been canceled
→ There is no active subscription plan. Please register for a valid plan from the "Profile" page.
