FedEx® "Service Not Available" Error

You may encounter one of these error messages:

• "FedEx service is not currently available to this origin/destination combination"
• "No carriers match your rate request"

Why This Error Occurs

Package Type Not Eligible for Special Rates

FedEx rarely offers special rates for "Box" package types. Special rates are typically only available for the Pak and Envelope packaging.

Size or Weight Exceeds Limits

The dimensions or weight you entered may exceed the maximum limits for the selected FedEx service.
 

How to Fix This

Change the Package Type

1. Do not use preset box types like "FedEx Small Box"
2. Instead, manually enter your actual parcel dimensions (Length × Width × Height) or select your custom packaging as the package type

Verify Size and Weight

• Ensure your entered dimensions and weight are accurate
• Confirm they fall within the limits of your chosen FedEx service
