How to create return label when creating a shipment

Ship&co allows users to create a return label at the same time as the outbound label is created. This features is available for outbound shipments for DHL Express and Colissimo.

Note: DHL Express requires you to have DHL import account number registered in advance when setting up your DHL account in Ship&co. DHL Import account number is the account number that begins with a 95 or a 96. (e.g. 95xxxxxxx).

Creating Return Label for an Outbound Shipment

To create a return label together with a shipping label for an outbound shipment, follow these steps:

1. Go to Orders Page.
2. Select your order.
3. In Options section, select Return Label.
4. Click on Magnifying glass ( 🔍 ) in the right-button side.
5. Click Printer (🖨️) icon located in the bottom right-hand corner.

By following the above steps while creating your outbound label, the return label will be created together with shipping label used for your outbound shipment.
