Why is the DHL Flyer Preset Package Not Available in the DHL Settings?

In the latest update to Ship&co, we’ve aligned with DHL’s system requirements, and the DHL Flyer package (plastic pouch) is no longer available as a preset. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Add Flyer Dimensions in Settings
If you’re using a DHL Flyer, please add the dimensions manually in Ship&co. Go to Application settings page in your Ship&co account > Package presets and click on ★ Add a new package.

Recommended dimensions for Japan are:
• Large Flyer (A3): 48 x 38 x 1 cm
• Standard Flyer (B4): 40 x 30 x 1 cm
Note: Sizes may vary by country.

2. Weight Calculation & Rates
DHL calculates shipping costs based on the greater of volumetric or actual weight, even for Flyers, and there are no special rates for Flyer packages. For more on rates, please contact your DHL sales representative.
