Use DHL Capability Tool to validate shipping address
This tool displays which address fields are mandatory based on the country of origin and destination. Here are the steps to use the DHL Capability Tool:
- Go to DHL Capability Tool.
- Enter shipment details in the form
This includes the sender address, destination address, shipment details, etc.
- Click Search.
The tool will help you verify whether the shipping address is valid or not. If you encounter an error about the shipping address, you can use the DHL Capability Tool. For example, for shipments to Ireland, the tool will show that the zip code is not mandatory, but the destination suburb is.
