If you have a DHL Express account, you can request to enable the On Demand Delivery (ODD) service. Please get in touch with your DHL Express account manager to learn more about this feature.
Enabling the ODD service will ensure that every shipment created using the account will receive ODD options via email or SMS on the receiver's email or mobile.
When creating a DHL Express label in Ship&co, the consignee's email address and phone number are automatically sent to DHL. This activates the ODD service (when available to the receiver's country) for the shipment, providing the recipient with delivery options that suit their needs.
